The French super duo JUSTICE will be calling out “Do the D.A.N.C.E” on LIDO-Saturday - and we will be more than happy to answer the call when they let their unique sound, including a bombastic stage show, roll over Linz. After all, they are legends for a reason...
Speaking of legendary: this year's open-air performance by the five-piece Australian band PARCELS in Vienna's METAStadt was completely sold out. The gentlemen from downunder describe their style as “a kind of mixture of electro-pop and disco-soul”. We simply describe the sound as “addictive”.
Which brings us to the next act in the line-up: PAULWETZ! As one of the most interesting personas in the German-speaking music cosmos at the moment, he not only writes “odes to the bass”, but one hit and catchy tune after another. For those who don't know him, he labels himself or what he does as “alternative, melancholic pop music with techno influences”.
