There are days when the world seems to be on fire – days filled with frustration, anger, or the urge to act. They are also the days when we look back, remembering that while the past wasn’t necessarily better, it was certainly different. In his new project “In jenen Tagen” (“In Those Days”), Juse Ju brings past and present into sharp focus.
After last year’s Top-10-album “BAWRS ” with Fatoni and Edgar Wasser, Juse Ju returns to what has made him one of the most distinctive voices in alternative German-language rap over the past decade: nostalgic, autobiographical storytelling paired with sharp, politically aware observations of the present. While the themes may sound reflective, the music remains firmly rooted in hip-hop – from the sub-bass-heavy beats to the punchline-driven lyrics.
With this new project, Juse Ju also returns to the stage, touring across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Expect raw, high-energy shows with live vocals, live drums, and no gimmicks – just pure live intensity.
