FAQs

How do I get my voucher after a concert cancellation due to COVID-19?

For events cancelled as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic between 13 May 2020 and 31 December 2020, customers will receive a voucher for at least part of the amount to be refunded instead of a refund of the ticket price.
With regard to the value of the voucher to be issued, the provisions of the KuKuSpoSiG apply, with the option for customers to have the voucher issued for the full refund amount.

The vouchers will be issued by the ticket office where the ticket was purchased!

Do I have the right to cancel my tickets?

Tickets cannot be exchanged or returned. No refunds are possible if tickets are lost. You can find more information on this here in our terms and conditions.

What do I need to bear in mind regarding the protection of minors?

The regulations of the youth protection laws of the respective federal states apply to our events. You can find an overview here.

Can I bring children to the event?

Infants and young children up to the age of 4 are only permitted to attend Arcadia Live events if they can provide proof of appropriate hearing protection (e.g. baby sound protection - only in-ear plugs are not sufficient). In addition, the youth protection regulations of the respective federal state apply.

When does the concert start?

Check the Facebook event or our website for the door and start times! As times can change at short notice, it is worth checking the times a few days before the event.

What about accessibility at the concerts?

We do everything we can to make our concerts accessible to all music lovers. In many cases, however, we are also dependent on the physical conditions of the venue. Do you have questions about wheelchair tickets? If so, please write to: rollstuhlinfo@oeticket.com
